Full-time Investment Executive - Orient Heights Branch, East Boston
2007-08

  • Licensed, commissioned sales of investments and financial products.
  • Utilizing needs based sales techniques and suitability to determine appropriate recommendations for clients. Prioritize schedule to achieve sales revenue goal established by management.
  • Enhance and expand relationships with existing clients through regular contact by phone and account reviews.
  • Actively network outside of the Bank to seek new relationships through local business owners, conducting consumer seminars and personal membership in a service organization.
Education/Training: BA/BS preferred

Experience: Two years experience in direct investment sales with a proven sales track record. Series 7 and 63 with MA Life and Annuity License. LTC license preferred but not required.
 
Schedule:  Monday - Friday:  7:45 AM - 4:30 PM



Full-time Commercial Lenders

  • Responsible for business development and maintenance of a variety of commercial loan accounts that meet established lending requirements.
  • Administer and support the activities in commercial lending to accomplish commercial banking goals and objectives.
  • Provide maximum profitability to the bank at minimum risk.
Education/Training: BA/BS

Experience: At least five to seven years experience in related fields of banking that may be progressive in nature.  Proficiency with common office software.  Familiarity with industry-specific software applications.  Negotiation, communication and project management skills.



Full-time Business Development Officers

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive business development program.
  • Works in conjunctions with marketing, lending and the branches.
  • Identifies and develops bona fide customer leads through a variety of initatives, projects and tasks.
  • Assure a flow of sales prospects for all business lines.
  • Responsibilities include risk management within FDICIA guidelines through implementation of policies and procedures appropriate to the function. 
Education/Training: BA/BS

Experience: At least five to seven years experience in related fields of banking that may be progressive in nature.  Proficiency with common office software.  Familiarity with industry-specific software applications.  Negotiation, communication and project management skills.



Full-time Loan Review Officer, Peabody Corporate Office

  • Reports directly to the President and COO.
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of the bank's loan portfolio in line with regulatory requirements, external audit standards and our own benchmarks of prudent risk.
  • May also assume responsilibity for LLR, workout and OREO management and disposition.

Education/Training:  BA/BS preferred

Experience:  At least five to seven years experience in related fields of banking that may be progressive in nature.  Proficiency with common office software.  Familiarity with industry-specific software applications.  Negotiation, communication and project management skills.
